much of the east bay. we're going to see high, a high of 80 in hayward, 84 in martinez and 90 in walnut creek. but it's going to be in the low 90s in just a few spots near the coast. we're dropping those temperatures even more so half moon bay. we'll see the temperature up to 68 degrees 72 in san mateo and in palo alto, 82 degrees low 70s in the mission district and in the marina district, 68 degrees today, novato, 85 and 99, in ukiah. when we compare that to what we're seeing elsewhere, i know you may be packing a bag and heading somewhere. we've had some extreme heat across parts of the south, and when you add in the humidity. well, the heat index has been an issue over 100 degrees across much of the south. but we do see that cold front that will be making its way farther off towards the east, dropping those temperatures here. we do have a slight cooldown in our forecast, and in gilroy we're going to see upper 80s, but then a nice mild weekend and then look at next week. it's going to be hot once again w
