now the latest in the case against bryan kohberger. were killed. kayna whitworth has details. good morning, kayna. >> reporter: good morning. bryan kohberger's lawyers are reit rating their claim that he cannot get a fair trial in the town where prosecutors say he stabbed four college students to death in 2022. this new filing alleges media coverage has traumatized the town of moscow to the point where some residents there have prejudgement opinions of guilt. they're basing this all on a survey they conducted in various areas of the state and in moscow they say they found a mob mentality noting one respondent said they would burn the courthouse down if kohberger were acquitted. his lawyers called the responses less emotional where they would like to move the trial. prosecutors are pushing back hard, calling the data inadequate. maintaining confidence that they can seat an impartial jury in moscow. next week there's a change of venue hearing. this trial is scheduled to start in june of 2025. but, guys, today on campus at the university
