. >> abc seven news and abc seven sports anchor casey pratt joins us live at raymond field, where them is getting ready for tonight's first game. >> casey, what's the vibe like out there all year long? >> you know, larry, the vibe is interesting because they're still putting the finishing touches on this ballpark. they are still trying to get it all ready for the fans who are arriving at 530. so gates open soon. and i just want to show you the incredible progress that you were just hearing about. they started this construction in march. this was a field that wasn't playable for little leaguers at that point in time. you can see they had to clear out the whole field. they had to put in brand new grass and turf. they had to build 4000 seats. they were racing through all of this at this historic park. this was a park where curt flood played baseball, where frank robinson played baseball. there is so much history here at raymond park. the oakland ballers are hoping to be the next chapter of that history. and just look at that incredible transfer formation. march 29th to today, june 4th. y
