david elliott lewis, approve of this project. and i'd think it does actually provide needed housing for the neighborhood. and thank you for your time and attention on. good afternoon. we reviewed this project back in august of this year and would like to echo some of the comments made by the speaker before me. and jay sullivan is a local developer that has continued to invest in san francisco through the good times and the bad. and i think this project is exemplary of their efforts. it's our project review committee gave particularly high marks to the project's land use. the density for utilizing the state density bonus. although we always wish that they maximize the state density bonus, i realize that that's not always a popular opinion. the affordability for exceeding. the state density bonus requirements and obviously the public transit adjacent ness and proxies to various bus lines and muni lines. all in all, we are very supportive of this project and hope to see 88 new units in the tenderloin. thank you. good afternoon, mada
