so while grand it staters think the dnc made a terrible decision, we have a law that says we'll havet primary so that's happening tomorrow, we know what the stakes are in this election. we care about democracy. and our democracy cannot afford another donald trump term. we know that donald trump advocates violence over voting. he's an election denier. he will continue to work, to undermine individual freedoms like a woman's reproductive rights, and he will continue to say that he is above the law. that's antithetical to our democracy. meanwhile, joe biden has a terrific bipartisan record of achievement delivering results for all americans. and we have a lot of work still to do on that front. he has been able to put politics aside and really focus on getting things done like the infrastructure bill, like veterans herring, like investing in american manufacturing. so grand it staters know what is at stake here are very energized by a write-in campaign and we are encouraging all democrats and independents to go to the polls tomorrow. go all the way down on the ballot. fill in the bubble

he told the dnc to make south carolina the first primary of 2,024.put him over the top in 2,020, new hampshire did not comply with that and now there are fears the president could lose the state to a challenge because his name is not on the ballot. madison alworth joins us with the latest on the democratic party line. >> reporter: new hampshire is the first in the nation primary for over one hundred years so the democrats are moving forward with the election tuesday even though the dnc says they won't recognize the results of the primary. democrats in this area want to show their support for president biden. they are worried about the optics of a sitting president running for reelection losing to a lesser known candidate. the dnc has been accused of voter suppression for calling this primary, quote, meaningless. even biden's opponents think he should be on the ballot. neil cavuto asked dean phillips if he thought it was weird that biden was not on the ballot. >> it's more than weird. it's ridiculous. what do you tell people? >> somebody has to practi
