the three block came in because of the signs that was placed bit city, dpa or mta, they put it up by mistake, they came back and changed out the dates on there. they're always for the last three years, four years, they always been on that 700 block. if it's the past the decibel system, that should have been reported to mta, and then that's where all the things can be done. so again, the 800 block my association is on the 800 block, 854 and we have no complaint. >> thank you, i cannot let...
