inland valleys starting off. pretty much everywhere on friday. will back up out of the inland valleys quickly. 9:00, 10:00 at the latest, along the coast, taking longer. i don't think you will shake the fog to and extent along the coast. the june gloom hanging out. seeing more sunshine heading through the day on saturday. temperatures tonight, dropping down to the mostly middle to near 50s. near or around average. high temperatures tomorrow, going to climb to only a couple degrees above normal around the water. five or six degrees above inland in the middle 80s all of the way up to 90 degrees around morgan hill. lower to middle inland. you will be five or six degrees hotter. redwood city, half moon bay, upper 60 s in san francisco and then warmer as you go inland in the north bay. not as hot as even parts of the santa clara valley or east bay. leveling off in the middle portion of the 80s. temperatures peak on saturday. not likely to set new record high temperatures, compare in the forecast highs for saturday to where the records stand and will b

it's the inland valleys that are included in this heat advisory. take a look at the city peninsula east bay shore. you're not in it, and if we visualize this a slightly different way, this is the heat risk map, which is messaging where the greater areas of concern would be if you fall into any of the orange on here. you fall under the moderate category, that's about as high as we're seeing. for a lot of the inland valleys would be concerned about those are the locations if you're in orange diablo valley, tri valley, santa clara valley and the north bay valleys yeah. you got to really take into consideration going easy on yourself. checking on vulnerable populations. the elderly anybody in your neighborhood out there who you know, maybe doesn't have air conditioning. maybe a good day to stop by. and also if you got to work outside, go easy on yourself interesting way this is playing out today. if we visualize this a different way a 3rd way. where the temperatures in relation to average we're well above average in the central valley. but if you look

so certainly 20 degrees above average for some of those inland valleys out there. but the great news, we are going to start to see some cooler changes as soon as tomorrow. let me get you the latest right now on our microclimate forecast. and just in case you missed it, we'll show you the top temperatures coming into my forecast here. pleasanton got up to 100 degrees. you saw those car thermometers really spike up, especially if you live near the bay and you're commuting to the inland valleys for work. walnut creek, 100. campbell 100. livermore 100, and concord, also right there at 99. so with this kind of heat across our inland valleys, it certainly is going to cool off pretty slowly tonight. so still plenty of water this evening just so you can stay hydrated. it can just kind of catch up with you pretty fast in this kind of temperatures. so check it out six 7:00 here in walnut creek, for example, we're staying in the 90s. we'll be in the 80s 8:00 and 9:00 tonight. so very, very warm this evening and then some 70s do start to get in by ten. and also 11:00. but as i
