if jetblue -- if spirit have those issues, that has inherent risk.ebt profile within spirit. my understanding is this. you have debt coming due in september 2025. i found a fact. that's the one line of debt coming to maturity in september 2025. in the broader context of what is the debt pile for spirit, citibank's note gave me this data. they said the debt sheet has risen from $3.3 billion to $5.5 billion. that's the weight of debt that needs to be resolved. they have modified the revolving credit line in november. we need more detail on that. will your credit lines help you through? what do you pay to refinance and will you make it through? it is not just spirit that will face this. scarlet: spirit is facing this first. the big issue is that a lot of analysts anticipated, if the deal did not go through, it would have no choice but to file for bankruptcy protection. spirit have 1.3 billion dollars of liquidity as of the end of december last year and it's taken several steps to shore up its liquidity during the fourth quarter. we will keep you posted.

jetblue is down and cisco, so all are fed by the consumer and they're all different. whirlpool, they make washers and dryers. i bought this and didn't put a full position in. i waited until a couple earnings and then last quarter wasn't great. the stock traded down and i increased the position. where are we today? the reason we're down is annoying. the numbers were great -- >> their outlook wasn't great. >> it wasn't even terrible. analysts were expecting in 2024, look, the range will be 13 to 15. let's take the middle and you have $14 of earnings. the stock is trading right now at 8 1/2 times. and when you look at their business, 40% of their revenues come from new home construction, if you say to yourself this could be a bottom, new home construction pop back up, you're probably at an earnings bottom for them. a 6.25 yield, historically traded at 9 to 11 times, you put 10 times on the $14 of earnings, you have, i would say, probably at least 20% upside plus the 6.25 yield. on cisco, which is really interesting -- actually, it's not interesting. that's the whole poin

tomorrow, we get jetblue's quarterly earnings.ight be the time, again, that's purely speculation. at this point, we know that this merger agreement continues, and they do plan to appeal, and they are going to appeal the decision to block this merger. one other airline note. take a look at shares of united. it came out over the weekend that united is in discussions with airbus to see what it might be able to do in order to get a-321s so that it could fill in some of the slots that it had planned for the boeing 737 max-10. remember, they told us last week, scott kirby told us, we're taking it off the schedule. we don't know when it's going to be certified. we can't plan our fleet over the next couple of years not knowing when we might have a particular aircraft, so they're looking at the options with regard to airbus. united took delivery of its first a-321, and the a-321 would be the counterpart to the 737 max-10, so the question becomes, what can they do with airbus in order to potentially get some of those a-321s that they need,

jetblue warning today that the merger deal could be terminated, sending spirit shares down to the tune of 16% or so. let's go back to the stoxx and intel, because intel taking a tumble today after a disappointing forecast on yesterday's earnings call. sales and profits came in under wall street estimates. jackie, it seems like it's the outlook here that is spooking investors. jackie: that's right. it overshadowed a very healthy report. you had sales projected to come in between 12.2 billion dollars and $13.2 billion, but wall street was expecting $14.3 billion. that is over a billion dollar miss at the middle range. profits came in projected at $.13 a share, but wall street was expecting $.34. remember, there autonomous vehicle technology company that has reported it will see fewer sales this quarter and into the year, because you are dealing with the stockpile in that technology that is rattling the industry broadly. intel taking the hit there, in addition to the slowdown in its pajama -- programmable chips unit. now, pat gelsinger tried to allay some of these concerns on the conferen
