police arresting 20 year old pablo davila martinez earlier this week. they say back in may last year, he shot a woman near willow street and highway 87. she survived, but in a nearby encampment, police found a man had been shot and killed as well. they connected the two cases and arrested davila martinez on tuesday. this was the last outstanding 2023 murder case for the san jose police department. as you may recall, we had 100% solve rate as well for our homicide cases in 2022. so two years in a row of great detective, great detectives working around the clock to make making sure that we close these cases. the double shooting and murder case from 2023 is still being investigated. officers are working to determine the motive. all right. tackling price gouging, child tax cuts and helping first time homebuyers. vice president kamala harris laid out her plans for her first 100 days in office today. all focused on cutting costs for americans. if she is elected. it is the first time she discussed her policies, and it comes three weeks after she was named the
