i am alive at the indianapolis motor speedway less than 24 hours the speedway behind me is expected to be full of 50000 spectators for more than 26 different countries. indianapolis can very well be one of if not the best viewings of the total solar eclipse across the u.s. where else would also be nice? most likely northern new england. states like maine, vermont, new hampshire we also have a front sliding its way eastward and how fast that front progresses is going to show areas where we will have shrouded cloud cover from arkansas all be up to the midwest. down south is the spot we are watching very carefully the lone star state. we have the potential for a lojack of stratus clouds. that could potentially obscure the view altogether of the total solar eclipse for millions. dallas down to eagle pass for classing many clouds that most spots in the midwest and northeast. we'll be watching us very carefully track it minute by minute right here in "fox weather." jon: fox weather kendall smith in indianapolis. thanks kendall. for more on tomorrow's big event let's bring in mike shanahan is
