. >> thank you mr. chairman. mr.ften have to switch components due to time constraints. with up to 15% of rail cars found to contain the fix houses limiting inspection time affect the safety of rail as ay whole? >> i would say and thank you for your question congressman. i would say as much as we talked about it today you can't put a time constraint on safety. he do that people are going to miss things no matter who is inspecting the cars but it's also important make sure the right person is inspecting the car. i'm not sure if you were here earlier. these are the regulations that the car men are held to the standards that they are held to. it's night and day in the amount and the level the regulatory standard. if you ask anyone to be inspected to fast they are going to miss things so the obvious. >> if i missed i apologize but can you discuss or share with us any specific instances where an adequateny inspection time has possibly lead to an accident or a near miss? >> that would be hard for me to disclose because of
