the overall plan increased by 3 billion dollars and that is because the puc increased their developmental capital plan by 3 million dollars this. was primarily driven in--[no audio] what you see here, we went from about, 41 and a half billion to 44 and a half billion. and now to the g.o.bond, so the capital committee to the significant changes to the g.o.bond program. the first was to remove the program from the bond. so it focused exclusive leona fordable housing and that bond passed in march, so that's the blue box you see all the way at the end, that's the affordable bond for $300 million. and then the second change, just i guess i didn't really tell you what this graph is, this is showing the history of the all of the bonds, the yellows, the blue passed, the blue line there in 2006 was when the first capital plan was introduced and precapital plan, the city had about 50 percent pass rate for bonds, so they've had a significant positive impact as you can see on that city's track records on getting bonds passed. so, then the second change included adding 70 million to the planned novemb
