lena, you have new video showing what crews are up against. >> reggie that's right.s the gusty winds that we are still experiencing now up here on the altamont pass and some steep terrain that made things difficult for fire crews through the night. take a look can hear just how windy it was out here. this is new video into our newsroom from overnight. huge flames and a bright orange glow could be seen from the altamont pass as fire crews worked through the night to gain an upper hand on the fire. this is happening near the westbound side of 580 at flynn road, just outside of livermore. despite these difficult conditions, cal fire said their crews are making good progress, while cal fire says the cause of the fire is still under investigation. the initial report from chp is a car caught fire in the westbound direction and the flames then spread to the grass. it started just before ten last night. cal fire says they have about 90 firefighters assigned to this fire, 20 engines and four dozers and according to cal fire, this fire is now 10% contained at 400 acres and all
