the president of the san francisco chamber of commerce, rodney fong . hey, rodney, thanks for joining us. >> good afternoon. >> thank you so real quickly for our viewers. why do you do this annual survey? what is it that chamber members, mostly businesses, want to know? and what do you hope the results will influence this? >> well, this survey is actually done every year for the past 15 or 20 years in a row. and the survey is to san francisco voters and residents. so it's not just businesses, but what we're seeing is that san franciscans no surprise, are frustrated with the actions that the city is are taking on as far as clean streets, and they want to be more aggressive as far as tax incentives and clean streets and fair policy, common sense policy that makes our streets texas go safe. i see. >> all right. well, you know, 72% saying the city is on the wrong track. that's certainly not great. but i understand that's actually an improvement from last year. is that right? it it actually is. >> and actually the signs are showing that residents are feeling
