ryan curry, abc7 news. >> the driver of a vehicle wanted in connection with a carjacking is now in custody after a slow speed chase through san francisco. it started just after 2:00 in the area of richardson avenue and francisco street in the marina district. this white mercedes suv with its tires blown out by a spike strip, limped across town to the mission district with more than a dozen patrol cars in tow. as you can see, finally almost 30 minutes in, the driver bolted from the car, tried to carjack another vehicle. there you see that the driver quickly backed away. officers chased the man into an alley where he paced back and forth behind several cars with a backpack in his hands. after three minutes, an officer rushed the man, followed by several others, taking him into custody. after a very short struggle at the enterprise. at enterprise, near folsom, the struggle resulted in injuries to both officers and the suspects. police are not saying what, if anything, they found in that mercedes that the suspect was driving, that it did have temporary license plates and tires shredded by a sp
