eytan wallace kron. 4 news. >> let's talk about our weather now as we take a live look outside of theezy shot here in san francisco. we have kyla in the weather center with a look at our forecast for today. and also we've got fathers day weekend coming up. we certainly do. we certainly do. i want to start with a look at the national picture just to show you that if you take our eye down to florida, there are spots gotten 5 to 10 inches of rain. within one day, sarasota broke a record that was 52 years old. and we now have flood warnings all the way from fort lauderdale down to miami. so really rough going there now on the west coast. obviously, things have been much quieter, although like yesterday, we're starting to see the heat of the day kicking up just the tiniest bit of a suggestion of some convection there in the sierra temperatures here, though, boy, their whole lot better than yesterday. you can see we are just in the mid to upper 80's in the inner east today. unlike yesterday with that triple digit heat. nice 70's around the bay itself. and just 62 in downtown san francisco.
