so they're asking if anyone has information to report it and union city, i'm ella sogomonian kron. 4 news. >> 10, 20 is the time in the south bay. we're learning what that are of that. a man who was hit by a garbage truck in san jose 2 weeks ago has unfortunately died. this now marks the city, 6th fatal traffic collision in the 4th pedestrian death of the year was back on january 22nd along elm street just a couple blocks from san jose airport that this happened. investigators say the garbage truck driver hit the victim who was crossing the street. there was no cross struck. a crosswalk with the truck driver did stop and cooperate with police cooperated with the investigation. the identity of the victim still hasn't been made public. meanwhile, elsewhere in san jose, police say they've arrested the driver who left a person literally on the brink of death. we have video from march of last year that red circle highlights the victim crossing the street. and there you see the truck. coming into the shot and striking that person. police say the driver then sped off that victim. wasn't it
