of course, with that, moving on to some better news, so us department of transportation, gave us a grant, the fta gave us a grant for $4.6 million at the end of may for all stations accessibility program. that grant is going to go towards building platforms, wheelchair accessible ramps on five muni rail stops on the j church and then three ones on ocean avenue. so a total of eight. so and then kind of we're proud of this. we learned this week that we're the only awardee for this type of grant in the whole fta region nine and california. so we feel really good about that. and then just as a way of background. so our previous efforts started in 1992, where we prepared something called key station identification and accessibility implementation plan, but basically identifying 23 surface rail stops where we needed to make improvements to have it be accessible. we did complete those. and so this is on top of what we've already done. obviously, facilitating connection and making accessibility stops closer to each other, between these eight and the other ones that we have and closing some gaps.
