past, when temples were destroyed in penza and throughout our country, when godlessness became a kind of religion of the state by force, imposed on the people. then the adherents of that new religion. those who did not accept their beliefs were often mortified. and the victims became martyrs, and sometimes tortured, but not killed. and they became confessors. and these martyrs, confessors of our land, are like bright stars in the divine sky today and not just they illuminate the path for us, just as in bad weather at sea, in the absence of any navigation systems based on the stars, an experienced navigator. it can determine the right course, and so these stars

shining in the divine sky help us modern people. to choose the right course or, as they say now, the right life trajectory, how to go and where to go? the feat of the confessors is the clearest evidence that christianity and faith are indestructible? but what terrible persecutions in antiquity, and especially in our country, the total destruction of the faith of power and mighty state? and what about this very place, where it did not stand at all, the temple was defended by a certain statue. proclaiming a brighter future including those bound in the oil of any faith in god
