>> it's a national election. everyone will be working hard. as for security the police are responsible for the election. we have been working on that. we have devised a security plan for that. there is full support from each government institution to ensure that all of the voters can go on that day. and they can vote for the next government. and beside that we have another six months ahead of us in which we will be able to meet those goals. an object that we have set for the security. >> so far even voter registration has been challenging so far because of security issues and areas of the country. how are you going to remedy that? >> that will be a good example affording many voters to be optimistic. the registration process that we are now in the third phase of that went peacefully. we didn't have any main challenge for that. having gained that for the

security, we have another six months to look into it and we have started our evaluation of the security measures we have taken so far. we are good in numbers and in terms of the placement of our forces and in the contested areas. things are in place right now. i can say today we are ready for that. another six months will give us much time and a possibility to be very well prepared. >> how much of a difference will it make given that foreign forces have pulled back in combat roles and will be leaves the country. to really secure these elections are they up to it? >> yes we are. we are in the final stages of securityporosis. securitypro -- security process. they are good examples in which we have shown our strength and
