developing as the minutes pass. i can tell you now on the defense ministry website, here in kiev, they are giving a few more details. they say the soldier that died received a chest wound. and that a captain who was wounded was wounded with a bullet wounds to his neck and his chest. but is undergoing hospital treatment. and that a third soldier was wounded or injured in his leg. so two wounded and one fatality at this base. also, reports from ukrainian tonight, quoting a defense min industry source saying that the soldiers at those ukrainian basis have been authorized now to open fire if they feel that their own safety is under threat from people trying to get into the bases to apack them. so a dangerous escalation, and a surprising escalation, given the fact that there was supposed to be a verbal agreement for a trues, at least lasting through until friday.

that was detonatedded involving an israeli army jeep. we know there were four soldier whose were injured when that bob was detonated. as a result, way are told this is why the israeli army decided to take action, saying that the bomb in it's believe originated in syrian territory, and therefore, it holds syrians responsibility for the actions against the israeli soldiers. now, this has been a site of increased tensions in recent weeks, we do know that earlier in the month, in fact, that the israeli military fired artillery against two men that it says were planting bombs inside the israeli occupied golden heights. as for this latest bomb, there have been no claims of responsibility, and it is still unclear what the motivations for detonating this bomb might be. >> a libyan rebel leader is accusing of the united states of pie rassey, and saying washington is
