these forces will be prepared for combat. for the third time in as many weeks president obama announced more u.s. soldiers are headed to iraq. in a letter to congress, the president is saying he's sending 30 troops to reenforce the airport and the u.s. embassy and the forces join 275 others sebt to protect the embassy last month. the security concerns in baghdad the pentagon announced drones will be launched. with sunni rebels battling the iraqi troops, iraqi security forces are anticipating any attacks, sweeping bridges and fields and homes. meanwhile, the newly named islamic state released a video that they claim shows the

u.s.a's chances are to win? >> well, look, i mean, this is a pretty equal match. in a few seconds belgium spent a fortune on the team, $222 million and the u.s. spent $4.80 plus tax, $26 million to be fair with us. there is a huge difference on what the teams have spent. however, the good news, the famous german footballer and go u. u.s.a., the coach is doing a good job and the team is working well in the world cup. all the money spent, belgium is not doing as well as they could have. the team u.s.a.is doing better than ekts r expected to do. if they beat belgium they are

>> here is the latest satellite picture from tropical storm arthur now and the hurricane center named it a tropical storm this morning with the update and we are starting to see the storms flare up in the center and the outflow is a little better and the conditions are favorable to intensify. moving to the northwest at 2 miles per hour. not moving much, the winds are ho miles per hour. it is a track we are watching closely, this track will turn to the north and speeding up by thursday and friday. 4th of july weekend it is affecting the outer banks. these are the individual tracks from a number of the forecast models. a cluster here and pretty good agreement it is turning to the north and northeast and continue to move northeast and affecting new england over the weekend. the outer banks that is taking

brunt of the storm as it continues to intensify and move to north. this is the track from the national hurricane center, making an area here we are going to watch, any where in that area, the intensity and exact location of the storm uncertain, this is 6:00 friday forecast to become a minimal hurricane at that time and bringing the wind and rains to the outer banks and interacting with a front and helping to steer it and push it to the north and the actual location of the storm could influence where that storm will be. no question it is impacting the outer banks there thursday night and early friday and saturday still could be a hurricane here as it is moving to the northeast. this track other though a far off the coast, possibly interacting with the areas to the northeast there and new england and then out to sea. the exact track and intensity is
