are. in yemen houthi fighters have launched an attack on the presidential palace in sanaa. control of the capital since last year. we understand that the president is inside the palace, we can get more detail now by talking to hakim. outside the president palace. >> it is very tense. this has been the case for the last nine hours. the close the roads leading to the presidential palace were closed this morning at 1:00 a.m. hundreds of fighters

they would be on the streets easy prey for criminal gangs. according to the government, there are about 2,000 schools like this in kenya. but what are some of the challenges? >> one lack of structures. these schools are managed by owners who see only their profits.they are not ready to professionalize how they do the schools. the teachers are therefore there is a high teacher turnover in this school. the government is barely providing solution is, address the specific issues. we need schools in these areas acknowledge high capacity, schools that can combat the large populations we have in slums. >> the school is introducing free primary education.
