initiative, in order to put an end to the suffering of the palestinian people. and we can not enjoy stability and security so long as the palestinian cause is unsolved. the rapid developments taking place in yemen is posing a threat to national security as a result of the coup perpetrated by the houthis, who continue to take control of the state authorities and institutions and facilities, and the subsequent threats posed on the neighbouring country of saudi arabia and other gulf cooperation countries in the manner that a grave threat to the national security of regional states and as all

efforts have been exhausted in our attempt to find a solution to the yemeni crisis and convince the houthis to heed the calls. we responded to the outcry made by the yemeni president in - with the goal to maintain the geographical integrity of yemen. this comes in line with the joint defense agreement, and the arab joint defense agreement and face on article 51 of the u.n. charter whichen doorsed the natural rite of defense -- which

endorsed the natural right of self-defence and took necessary measures to safeguard international peace and security. my country kuwait expressed solidarity and support to the united arab to the king of saudi arabia abdul fatah al-sisi, and other countries, endorsing defense, and in this respect we call on the immediate and swift implementation of the gulf initiative, and the regulations, and also abide by the outcomes of the national dialogue hoping that all the spectrum of the call, made by my brother, the king of saudi arabia to convene a special conference under the umbrella of

the g.c.c. in order to provide the necessary assistance to yemen to steal the country from civil war, where the yemeni people pay the price, and which will also have an impact on the stability and security of the respective countries, and the region. and in response i call on the international community on all the world stage to provide a lending pair - to lend a helping hand to the yemeni people and this grave circumstances which we hope will come to an end soon. we suppress our pleasure with the advancement and progress made by the iraqi government

work. and i pray to god almighty to be cull linated with success, living up to the aspirations of the arab nations who are pinning high hopes on the body waiting for more action to reenforce the action. laj, i can feel the magnitude of the responsibility as a president of egypt, the big home of the arab world. as we host the summit there's no issues that many issues pose threats across arab world. they have reached unprecedented levels in terms of depth, magnitude and scope, and the

repercussions at present and in future. under the slogan of the challenge facing the arab national security representing our awareness that we together should address the issues without delay in approach that is balanced credible with workable practical measures. arab i takes suffered crisis since the established of the league of arab states from struggle of liberation ridding of imperialism, all the wars fought defending the rights to be economical repercussions domestically and externally. however, arab nations even at the dark side never felt any

fulfilling the people's needs, taking advantage of the people's aspiration to hijack homelands against people to fall under their dominion. we have also seen how terrorism has become ferocious in their war against peaceful unsuspecting people to the degree that the magnitude of their heinous crimes have torpedoed all the human and religious values with the aim of spreading intimidation and horror, in order to depict themselves as able to defy state authorities in the name of religion or a sect to achieve political gains. out of relieve and fair we should, in absolute confidence

address the changes and problems facing our people. social and economic. especially in certain domains relating to unemployment poverty and shortage of social services. we should also be aware that we provisions add special summit for social services anything that can exacerbate national security. as they will acquire additional directions and more negative impacts on the societies. and provide more tools to those conspiring against us. certainly external sites are

unity and identity have been under threat. here i would like to mention their role of the arab parliament in suppressing the hopes and aspirations of the arab people and intensifying, and here i would like to mention the outcomes of the development and social development conference last year which chaired a communique for development plans for 2015 onwards. we'll continue efforts to provide social justice and dignified livelihood to the arab people. lift services and eradd quit

communications. ladies and gentlemen, all these challenges have brought about a number of crisis that have and still laying heavy shadows on the arab countries. it's more compelling and is not more compelling to that of yemen, which has extended to undermine the national security as an armed militia group have perp trited a coup -- perpetrated a coup with the hope of gobbling up the riches of the country and sidelining the people and where yemen is prone to external intervention. all efforts aimed at national dialogue were exhausted, and all attempts to steer away from armed conflict were exhausted.

security and stability across libya, and liberate their efforts in standing up to terrorism and terrorist organizations. meanwhile we support all diplomatic proposal by the united nations aiming at reaching on agreement among our brothers in libya, with the aim of forming a unity government. however, in the right of the rapid development and the spread of terrorist organization it is no longer acceptable that some would - it is not possible to require the libyan people to live under the fire until a political solution is reached. we support both directions. at the same time we call on the

international stability, leading a clear vision towards fighting terrorism and wasting no more time so that those carrying illegal arms would think it's the only means to achieve political gains. the syrian crisis has become nothing but a catastrophe. deep and pain. to the international conference. we witness the suffering campaigns of syrian people especially that the situation is deteriorating, leaving a vacuum taken advantage of by terrorist organizations. this no doubt continues to pose a threat to the region. that's why we need to align and share arab vision with the aim of salvaging syria and its

security. we'll continue to support the diplomatic political solution to put an end to the bloodshed and maintain the fabric of a syrian people. egypt still deals with the crisis in two perspectives. first, supporting the syrian people's aspirations to a civil democratic state. second is standing up to the terrorist groups that are rife in syria, and based on egypt's historical responsibility towards syria, egypt took the initiative as supported and backed by the arab countries, and worked with moderate syria opposition, with the aim of

reaching the desired diplomatic solution. lastly egypt hosted a meeting where a large spectrum of the syrian opposition went to prison and are preparing for a more inclusive meeting. pushing forward to a diplomatic solution that is acceptable to the syrian people and the opposition and other regional countries will put an end to the suffering of the people - to the suffering on the plight of the syrian people and meet the aspiration of a civil and diplomatic state. the success of iraq in fulfilling the constitutional obligations starting from the formation of the government requires that we support the measures by
