government, the arab and african support. yet the repeated terrorist threats still present undermining the security of the region and arab world. and in the face of the n bonds between the terrorist organizations and the ideology within somali and other organisations, i would like to say that egypt supports somali in implementing the 2016 vision in order to materialize the people's aspirations. no matter how grave our - the challenges facing us are, egypt will continue to support the

palestinian cause, simply for the reason that dissolving the palestinian cause is the key to restoring stability to the region. this cannot be achieved unless the rights of the palestinian people have been restored as the international community recognised the rights of the palestinian people to have the state established with jerusalem as its capital. this requires the israeli occupation of the palestinian land be brought to an end based on the international resolution and the arab peace initiative with the need to stop the israeli settlement expansion, and the continued violation and desecration of sanctity. we cannot speak of the challenges facing security without renewing the established

springs mr namely ridding the region of nuclear and weapons of mass destruction. that's why the proliferation treaty conference will be convened in april and may. this conference will be a true opportunity for the arab countries in order to call on the international community to swiftly take measures to put into implementation the resolution handed down in 1995 to make the region clear of nuclear and weapons of mass destructions. to conclude i reiterate that the future of the arab nation is hinged on the resolution we will hand down and we are required to do a lot at in the crossroads as

our country away from a civil war. then we decided to shift the capital into the economic capital of aden in order to exercise the state authority and functions. i am adamant that she continued to exercise my authorities as the president in order to put the outcomes of the resolutions of the gulf initiatives be materialized including the endorsement and ratification of the constitution and holding elections so that our people yemeni people would be able to exit the crisis and achieve the modern democratic civil state. it's a huge responsibility which our people aspire to. in this report on the 21st of

the month of march we call on all the political parties, including the houthis, the perpetrators of the coup to attend the conference in the gulf cooperation conference in riyadh. this conference aims at reaching and agreeing upon a roadmap for implementing what occurred in the past. these armed militias together with the militias alined inside, and those outside who wish to use yemen as a tool to destabilize the region and disturb the international peace and security. preferred to use force wage the war, a bloody war, invading the

solution to the crisis whereby security and stability is restored and the aspirations materialized. libya, similarly, is experiencing the same chaos and the current efforts to achieve a diplomatic solution is facing a great number of obstacles we hope will be object put an end to the crisis. somali, after decades of chaos is now starting their journey to member states and we hope they are committed with success. regarding the security requires an all-inclusive strategy to stand up to all the threats represented in a new generation and armed terrorist organizations, including misleading misguided young

mens victims to religious ideology. and amongst today, a draft resolution for a joint defense force. this draft resolution aiming to suppress the will of arab countries and regions, we hope this will be translated into workable measures so that the arab - joint arab defense forces will be able to function to the best interests of the respective nations much our efforts to combatting terrorism is not only to efforts, it requires ideological medial and societal

efforts to stand up to all forms of terrorism. the efforts must be coupled with an honest post with our think tanks and religious authorities. we cannot approve terrorism unless we uproot ideaologists from our mosques, church schools and media organizition. we should work towards lifting the standard of living fighting unemployment and poverty. we shouldering huge responsibilities as resolutions to be handed down will no doubt have a grave impact on our futures. we have been all dreaming of the national unity as we had - we have common history and shared futures.

region, responsible reprehensible. reprehensible acts of terrorism and a seemingly endless israeli occupation of palestine is causing enormous suffering. the impact of all these threats transcended the arab world. it poses a challenge for international peace and security. to counter these treads we must address the root causes that pure extremism and violence. even when security measures are needed reliance on military approaches alone will answer those problems. security responses must be done in a way that protects the human rights and integrity. fighting extremism while committing abuses is not only

wrong, it is counterproductive. wherever this is tried, we find an appeal for extremism increases. with our good governance the rule of law, respect for women's rights and all human rights long time political stability will remain a mirage. your majesties, excellenceies, ladies and gentlemen - the programs of governance and radicalism - nowhere is it more pressing than in syria. the it has ripped their country to shreds. speaking today to the distinguished leadership of the arab world, i confess to you my

anger and my shame. anger towards the syrian government extremist and terrorist groups destroying the country. shame. shame as sharing in the collective favour in international and regional communities to stop the carnage that has inflicted the arab brothers and sisters. at risk spreading as fast as credibility risks. the syrian people are being betrayed, and this will not continue this way. i'm instructing my special envoy rey mysterio -- special envoy,

throughout the region including with the syrian parties. specifically. he and his team will work to operationalize and pressure elements in the geneva communique. i pray that collectively we implement the geneva agreement endorsed by the security council. how to do that i count on your full urgent support. following this summit. i will visit kuwait to attend the third international humanitarian conference for syria. i thank his highness the emir of kuwait for his compassionate leadership in convening that

majesty, and his excellency president of yemen, abd-rabbu mansour hadi. i share those deep concerns. i have ratedly condemned the attempts by the houthis, and former president salah to undermine political agreement by military force. i take note that military action has been undertaken at the request of yemen's sovereign community leader president abd-rabbu mansour hadi. i also recall the security council presidential statement for march 22nd that encourages yemenis to return as quickly as possible to an inclusive political process conducted in good faith. negotiations facilitated by my special envoy, and endorsed by the security council remain the

only chance to prevent the long drawn-out conflict. it is my hope that at this league of arab state meeting arab leaders will lay down clear guidelines to peacefully resolved crisis in yemen. assist crucial that we continue to encourage dialogue among the libyan people. facilitating talks between libyan actors continuing among multiple track, facilitating special representative. libya's unity and territorial integrity is potential. in iraq i encourage leaders to
