three of these achievements are significant, invaluable for us. the framework which was agreed until yesterday means that the in the agreement would be way ahead we hope that until the first months of october, we take the final step and the fourth step which will be -- which will follow that maybe followed by weeks or maybe later on, reaching to the final agreement. the agreement which we reached yesterday, 5 plus 1 member countries have accepted iran can continue enrichment within the

other aerlz with the world will start a new phase with the entire world. therefore, the framework which we have ahead receive the approach of this government has been successful. our approach was that in today's world, thet anything others is invaluable threatening others is meaningless and we all should seek win-win situation, an agreement that everyone can benefit. mutual respect, mutual respect, common interests and achievements for everyone. some think that we should eitherfied the world or we should bow against the world.

we are against any of them. there is a third approach, and that is cooperating with the world. they say that negotiations took place under the pressure of sanctions. they know very well they are not correct t sanctions were not for the sanctions. those sanctions were to surrendered but when they realized that surrendering this nation was impossible and they realized that they were facing a grave nation they realized that sanctions were only negotiations. we were always negotiating with the world even during the sanctions, we were ready to negotiate with the world. therefore, the approach of the current government is if other

yesterday exiran can continue enrichment on its own land. he held that saying the enrichment seen yesterday as a threat to world peace is acceptable today. today, the world has recognized he said iran is a pieceful country. let's go live now to patty culhane in washington, d.c. when he outlined there some of the wins as he saw it for iran in this action the racketor in iraq will be activated but more than a thousand centrifuges will be back to work and sanctions, all sanctions are to be lifted i guess in a strange way, it perhaps is some of those points that some of the hardliners in the congress will agree with him on that this is too much of a win for iran. >> definitely seen some strange bed fellows there this is the stage after any negotiation, we see leaders go back to their countries and highlight the points they want to highlight. for example, when the obama administration announced the deal they put out a fact sheet for reporters.
10:17 am
the top line was all of the ways iran was going to not be able to enrich. but what president rhouhani just said there is going to strike a tone here in washington. he specially with republicans who are concerned about the deal. one of the things he highlighted is none of the facilities are going to be shut down. none of the centrifuges are going to be dismantled. that is a big concern for republicans. the white house is choosing to focus on the fact and what they say is that iran will have no path to a nuclear bomb that the fas don't matter and the facilities will be under intense inspections. one of the biggest concerns i am hearing in washington and this still remains to be seen how this framework is going to be shaking out is whether or not iran is going to have to come clean with the past military dimensions of its program that's been a defendant constant complaint from the iaea. it was hinted that that would be on the table. republicans are saying that has to be on the table or them to scuttle the deal. >> just to clarify: you will know this, patty, from some of the points which have been
10:18 am
released by u.s. officials. there will it be or the agreement does include plans to shut down some of those centrifuges and put limitations on the degree of enrichment which the iran can carry out as well as inspections. correct? >> 1 of the things vans can returned about is they will be put in a storage area that the aiae can give parts to iran if they need to replace some of these centrifuges that are still allowed to be there. now, that's again within of the big concerns for the republicans. they didn't want any centrifuge it is. they thought it would be a nuclear-free iran. obviously the president saying that's unrealistic. one of the things the president said is we have done u.s. president barack obama said sanctions haven't worked. what we heard from president rhouhani is saying they didn't go to the stable because of sanctions. so a little bit of spin from
10:19 am
both sides but at the same time sort of making each other's point. >> thanks so much patty:hane there. there is alex percent are now working technical details to turn the deal into a full nuclear accord. israel says the agreement will threaten the country's existence this latest report from west jerusalem. >> prime minister netanyahu, you will remember spoke to a joint session of the u.s. congress just last month warning of a deal with iran. he, of course will no doubt try to use his leverage whatever leverage he is with u.s. lawmakers to try to scuttle any chance of this passing through congress but it's very unlikely that he will be able to derail this bill. of course, this is an agreement that was reached not only with the u.s. but, also with other world powers as well.
10:20 am
so mr. netanyahu, who will no doubt continue his criticism of this agreement will struggle very much to prevent any kind of final deal from being reached. >> now despair and grief kenya vows it will not be intimidated after a university killed 47 people killed. the president has vowed to quote crack down on terrorism in the country. at least five people have been killed in an explosion in northeastern al jazeera, it happened outside the bus station a representative from the drivers union said it was caused by an explosive left beside the bus. 15 others were wounded. >> nigeria's newly elected president sessions boko haram is the country's biggest problem. many hope his background as an army general will help the government defeat the armed group. questions remain over whether he is the right man for the job. a report from abuja.
