very slow, steady, excavation of some of the historic buildings that collapsed and we have seen civil society alongside security services go through the rubble, from the top working their way down very slowly, and when they find something significant, that, work stops to, remove a body or a piece of architecture. and we're been hearing emergency services come through, with their sirens, either going to another emergency or trying to find people, that may be trapped under the rubble. they haven't found anybody alive and, yet, they continue the excavation. so is enough aid getting into the country? the airport has been closed by aftershocks.
3:03 am
yes, it was minor damage and, you are right, every time there is a tremor, it does happen frjly and so, the air traffic controllers have to leave the airport and with so many flights trying to land, either with aide workers or with supplies, and very difficult for the authorities to try and get those planes landed, and the other problem they only have one runway and very limited space, for a number of aircraft to land. and, the journey which should have taken two hours from deli, took twelve hours primarily because we would take off circle and, come back, because we couldn't land, so, where we did land, what you did see was the aid, and the indian air forces coming in with aid and a

to have happened. we don't have one guiding the others, and until they get together and able to talk about the aid of where it needs to go, at the moment, it's not there. and the medical approach, by pakistan and india and, has been very efficient, and the camps are being set up and, they are supplying local water and some food supplies but not as much as people would like, and they appear, and normally, residents are sitting in the streets and they won't go in their houses for fear of any more tremors. thanks so much for that update. dramatic pictures have emerged and flattening, a part of the camp and 18 climbers were killed. and victor ro a reports.
