seeing a trend increasingly especially in this particular region towards commerce and services and we find that more girls tend to engage in services and commerce while boys remain a agree agriculture and difficult and hazardous forms of work. it's not a matter of just putting a child in school and that is problem will be solved it has to be multi facetted and we have to deal with supply and demand side of this issue starting with school is an extremely important step because it equips children and when they leave school what we are finding in the region of age of 14-15 they are not continuing with their studies but entering what we call very hazardous work and it's an alarming number so they are entering into the labor market and ends up being one where they are even more vulnerable and that perpetuates
