let's talk more with stefan a-uer. what do you think of this, was it a smart move? >> very self districtive very clever nobody can predict the immediate consequences of it. it might have caused havoc over greek society and greek economy over the coming days or weeks. it may be clever because tsipras refuses to take the responsibility for this mess, the currency many situation that the greek people are doing. not the leaders of the european union and not the greek government that is problem currently really. >> it seems pretty clear doesn't it stipts is hoping there is going to be a no vote in this

many frul. what is the deal that creditors are offering them? >> we don't even know what will happen next, what will happen on monday will the banks reopen in greece. they can only reopen if the imf keeps.supporting them. just for a couple of days some kind of bridge loan which will be some kind of fudge here. we don't know whether greece will be able to repay the debt on tuesday and the imf promised to not allow greece a grace period right? so for me the interesting question is who will pull the trigger? no one wants to pull the trigger, right? not the imf not the european central bank because the european central bank is not meant to make such a decision of far reaching consequences. not the members of the other eu

member states, not angela merkel doesn't want to go down in history as the german chancellor who caused the tragedy. we don't know whether the exit of greece from the single european currency will be. the wider -- what tsipras is betting on. >> some of the eu countries are saying we have to discuss plan b. what's plan b? >> well plan b would be obviously imposing capital controls and then the banks might not even be reopened on monday. the plan b would be a preparation for an orderly exit of greece from the european union. and mind you i've been saying for the last five years is the question of not when greece will leave but when it will leave.
