francisco sanchez was in custody in march and was turned over to local authorities on a drug warrant but ice said he was released without informing the agency. previously convicted of vie len lent offenses -- violent offenses. baltimore police are investigating an inflammatory sign inside a police van that has ominous connections to the detect of freddie gray. it says enjoy your ride cuz we sure will.

last year gray was transported in a van just like this one and died. a statement says the nature and location of the warning is both unnerving and unacceptable. his death set off several days of protests. six police officers now face multiple charges including second-degree murder. >> finding a place to live in san francisco is tough. prices are high and the land on which some affordable homes are being built may be contaminated. here's that story now from san francisco. >>reporter: so there is a shortage of affordable housing in this city. is this one of the answers? >> no. no i can emphatically say no. >>reporter: she advises against renting or buying here and she feels the same way about housing on nearby treasure island.
