percentage will grow. because of things like that that we are use things like that. making sleep worse, a lot is over weight. could we see a greater incidence? >> it's hard to sail. some are decreasing. smoke is on the decrease in this country. at the same time obes tee is degreasing. sleep is important. it's a question of build up of toxins in your brain it's too late to wait until you have alzhiemer's to make the changes. >> how much progress is made when it comes to drugs that might ward off alzhiemer's? >> i'm afraid we don't have a great answer to that. the main things to do are steps to prevent the disease. so exercise, eating right. sleeping enough and not abusing alcohol or smoking. >> good to have you with us.
