regrouping in different part oz f the country, or across the border. >> yes, what is happening now and the observance of the last two months, will tell you that, and simply because we have seenless and less attacks. or taking on the military, they are increasingly relying on the use odd suicide bombers. to attack it's exposed area, vulnerable areas that have no or little military support. or direction from the security services. so at and moment, it looks like boko haram capabilities have been degraded but still, an important force. using guerilla tactics, using hit and run tactics. using suicide bombers and planting devices in crowded areas.

said that the injuries the young girl suffered were with consistent with someone who is a victim of a sexual assault, and then it was the next day, the following day, when this alleged shooting took place, when peace keepers went with back to the community, and were according to eyewitnesses firing indiscriminantly, and kill add 61-year-old man, and his son that who were apparently unarmed. very serious allegations let's listen now to what this spokesperson for u.n. secretary general ban ki-moon had to say about this just a short time ago. we are very much aware of the latest allegations of abuse by peace keepers that were raised today by amnesty international, the secretary general is personally dismayed and disappointed not just by these latest reports but by the series of allegations that has surfaced in the central african republic mission in recent months. relating to both the period before u.n. peace keepers were with deployed and since. we with would like to
