iranians. >> inside the capital republicans are in disarray. though not one has come out in support of the deal. they are divided over tactics to bring it down. house conservatives are trying to enforce boats on a deal to prevent president obama lifting sanctions on iran, and insist there are secret details of the deal to be made public. the white house and the i.a.e.a. said it's a misleading claim. emerging from a closed door meeting, john boehner, the house speaker, tried to put the best face amidinternal divisions. >> at this point i think the president lost the debate with the american people. in the end, the conservative effort from the presidential candidate and rank and file is likely to go nowhere. >> president obama has enough commitments to turn back the effort. and likely for a filibuster. stopping a vote on the deal from happening at all. even so, the administration is taking no chances. secretary of state john kerry

wall street executives faced prosecution. the department of justice put wall street and corporate america on notice. the department announced it would begin to prosecute those involved in corporate crimes. officials will pressure corporations to turn over evidence against executives. it's the first major policy announcements by loretta lynch. the d.o.j. facing criticism involved in the meltdown. >> they have cleared the way for a lawsuit challenging the health care law. it allows the house to pursue its claim. they violated the constitution when it spent money on reduced health care payments. g.o.p. contends congress never approved spending the money. the obama administration argues that it used allocated funds that it was allowed to use. kim davis is not the only county

clerk in kentucky issuing marriage licences to gay couples. they certainly got the nation's attention. many believe that it's thriving communities. the main reason the area is the one making headlines. john terrett joins us from moore head in kentucky. >> moore head kentucky home to the rowan county clerk's office. there's no sign of davis. who spent her first night at home. mark is here with boyfriend, and they are looking to get a marriage licence. >> now we have the right to marry ever. if they wanted to get parried. they want to. mark is delighted. if the boss tells him not to when she gets back to work. rowan is not the only county where licences are refused. there are none in casey county.

they have tried to make a life in turkey for the last three years, but apart from syria, turkey does not accept refugees. there's no way for them to settle legally here. >> if i'm in the u.s.a., england or elsewhere, i'll go back to afghanistan if there's no war. i love my country too much. my daughter is a student. i cannot pay for bus fare or give her pocket money. in europe they know about humanity, they'll help us. we try again and again. if they catch us 100 times, we'll try 100 times. the family is straight to leave, and decides to fix the engine. they are making their own way. to avoid being ripped off by smugglers. but the engine will not start. the family will sleep here tonight.

then, a few minutes drive along the coast we find another group. they are wet. clearly the trip has not gone well. and they are frustrated to get back to turkey. they are syrians. they salvaged the vests. their boat is left to drift off. to see what the people go through. to make it to cos. it's impossible not to be moved. you know that now that they have been forced to come back to turkey. they didn't make to this time. or risk it again. they'll risk their lives again, they'll make it to europe. >> with dawn, we see another boat. it's packed. low in the water. the passengers are paddling furiously. some are bailing out water. cos is in the distance, it seems tantalizingly close. maybe these people will make it.

republicans kicked off an effort to cut funding for planned parenthood. the house committee held a hearing for abortion practices, an issue that planned parent hoods illegally sold tissue, surfacing after the release of secretly taped videos by anti-abortion activists. i know that many of you on the committee hold to the standard

line, and try to take this in the name of freedom of chis, i beg you to open your hearts and ask what is liberating about painfully dismembering living helpless human babies. this atake is part of a campaign to discredit planned parenthood, and an attack on the right to abortion. planned parenthood say it's done nothing illegal. new york state may raise the wage to $15 an hour. according to "the wall street journal." that's wh that's wh that's what governor cuomo will advise. vice president joe biden is expected to join the governor for the announcement. joe biden has not decided whether to enter the 2016

presidential race. the latest numbers show hillary clinton supporters shifting their allegiance. in the last month, clinton lost 10 percentage points. she leads the race for the nomination with 42% of support. with joe biden, the opposite happened. the vice president gained 10 points. 22% of democrats saying they'd vote for him, and 41% saying they'd be likely to throw the vote biden's way if he runs. the political correspondent joins us from los angeles. seems like every one on the show we see a poll showing a sign. according to this survey, 63% of democrats are likely to support joe biden. time to get concerned. >> there is concern in the clinton camp, and we'll talk about it in the forum, what that could mean about the concern. we'll look at this, sake hillary

clinton is up 20 points, and has one or two points. and bernie sanders pulling big numbers, to be up 20 and 40% against you, that's not great. however, it's not to assume that if joe biden runs, he'll hang on to that or the bernie sanders numbers won't fall as well. >> you mention the apology. hillary clinton changed her tune, apologising for using the email. is it because the ongoing revelations are more damaging? >> it is, you don't want to come out and give an apology in public, it doesn't work. hillary clinton's opponents have something, and they don't need more. it got to the point and numbers on the screen of joe biden, when he comes into the race he'd have 22%. hillary clinton says the numbers changed. it's time to address them, say we are sorry. the people you are handing it

which of the candidates benefitted most? >> you know, this is a relationship that has been cultivated for a little while. ted cruz has the most to gain. a lot of people who are trump voters are saying they are second choices. if something were to falter, it's great to cultivate the result. he says my friend, what can i do to help you. donald trump nose if he is to hang on to anything from the tea party voters, he can earn bona fides, hanging out with people like this. it helps most of them. >> talking about friendliness. ben carson, who has mostly avoided the attacks. swinging without trump. it's interesting. there's two really. but three candidates who have not had the elected offices.
