threat. kevin. >> that's right, antonio, initially it was hawaii that was under a tsunami watch, now a warning, but it's also on parts of southern california. tsunami advisor has been issued, talking about the early morning times for newport beach we're talking about 4:46 in the morning. for los angeles harbor we're talking about 447, and das santa barbara is about as far as it goes. the after shocks have stopped for the last hour. the 8.3 was six miles below the surface of the ocean right there, fairly deep but it happened right here on the fault. these are the other aftershocks that we have seen, from a 4.0 to a little over 6.5 magnitude. and as you can see if we had any red that would be within the last hour. for last hour we have been fairly quiet. that does not mean we will not. the potential though i have seen

before, whenever we have an i 8.3 earthquake we could see another earthquake that is very close that same magnitude. so we are going to watch this area very intently over the next 24 hours. also i want to show you the radius map of where the waves are expected. take a look at this map right here and as you can see all the way out towards the pacific even out towards parts of japan in the next 21 hours they can see some sort of tsunami wave. i don't expect that wave to be very high as it travels towards the west but we could see a prop as we go towards the next day. we'll keep you informed. >> thank you kevin. now to simi valley, to the republican presidential debates, 11 candidates not 10 took stage. donald trump may not have stolen the show but weighs the object

items. with the serbia-hungary border closed, refugees are using a longer route through croatia slovenia and austria. mohammed jamjoom there. >> as tempers flared, hungary's riot police stood firm. water cannon may have pushed these refugees back into serbia but they failed to extinguish their anger. the front line of the standoff hungarian riot police on the odor side of this fence but the mood remains tense. urging the young men who have been protesting this past hour to please move back and let cooler heads prevail so this situation calms down. the mood changed almost moment to memo.

including the moderators, seemed that the air conditioning wasn't running very well. policies, how did he do? >> i don't think he did very well, i think this could be the beginning of the end because he didn't seem to be terribly substantive. when the debate turned to policy issues he dropped out of the debate for 15, 20 minutes at a time. this is a case where his weaknesses really showed through. >> ben carson soft-spoken but solid should he stay up in the polls? >> i'm a little dubious about carson as well. he did speak with common sense which is what people admire about carson. as an outsider he accountant have much to say about the issues. common sense ideas and suggestions. he didn't star in this debate. >> jeb bush did he do enough to turn the tide?

>> he looked better than he had in the past, one great line when he was forced to defend his brother george w. bush's record, one thing i know about my brother he kept us safe and the audience responded with wild enthusiasm. that was a great line. >> scott walker, did he do anything to change that? >> i don't think so, i don't think of anything memorable he said, he defended his record, he talks about wisconsin wisconsin wisconsin, what did he, people don't know much of what he did in wisconsin, i don't think he can have much pickup from this event. >> and john kasich did he do enough to break out of doldrums in the bottom of the polls? >> he was the most exuberant in the debate. when he was invited to attack hillary clinton he said that's not what i'm going to run on, i'm going to run on things that will bring us together.

for those involved in problemming solving and doing things about policy issues, kasich looks inviting and he is doing well in new hampshire. if he could win the new hampshire primary in february co-easily become the anti-trump candidate. >> do you agree with david schuster that carly fiorina may have gained momentum? >> i definitely think she gained momentum and the most important thing she did was when she had a memorable put down to donald trump who criticized her appearance. at one point she said women all across america heard very clearly when donald trump said when he criticized her appearance. that was a notable put down, it really was the line of the night. >> cruz and rubio did they do anything to get themselves out of the middle of the pack either up or down? >> rubio more than cruz. i think rubio talked knowledgeably, particularly about foreign policy and one other candidate you didn't
