essentially the last three years to look at this issue, study it, develop occupational scientifically based job requirements. as well as set physical standards. again, this is about courage, confidence, character, and performance. and when people train, and train to a standard, and occupational standards have been determined, the those standards should not be based on gender. they should be based on capability. so i think this will strengthening our force in the future. >> so you are confident this can be implemented equally across all parts of the military, because we heard ash carter saying you have the elite infinity troops and forces are you have only aal number of women that will meet the standards because of physical differences.

>> it is about capability and being able to draw from the widest threat pool. any soldier, airman, coastty, sailor, marine is going to have to meet a standard. that is irrespective of sex, color, gender, or creed, and so this again, provides the u.s. military with it's widest capability stilldies have showed that teens are made up of individuals who meet standards. that diverse teams, teams that have different perspectives different experiences do a better job at accomplishing a mission. >> so is this the end of the road when it comes to the
