that's the conflict in syria in particular has entered a new phase a much more dangerous phase for any government entity that has troops on the ground and i think that is a reality it's unfortunate that no government including the united kingdom the united states and others have had that kind of honest discussion within with their domestic populations about the dangers that their troops will now face the fight against isis as i say isn't over but as far as many governments around the world is concerned it is coming to a close which means that all of those governments are now trying to stake their claim defend their interests in syria which makes the situation on the ground actually more dangerous rather than less dangerous so yes i think there will be the fact that these these go ahead charles i just wanted to ask you one last thing quite clearly when we heard him with those historical soundbites there made some of the blame obama still or is what we're seeing now a development of war. obama said.
