a residence which is occupied by the u.s. mission to the united nations and i am assuming that residence which we understand is not got a diplomat living in the moment is what they see as a suitable secure space where they can talk about the secrets of north korea's nuclear program if of course just general kim is prepared to divulge them this part of pretty hectic diplomacy going on the general is only here in new york for two days and it's now less than two weeks ahead of the date when that summit that all off so it's in singapore is supposed to take place and of course encouraging sounds james about the potential summit but the issue and sort of the. issue of denuclearization is a fractious one and each side of the has a very different view on what that means. absolutely exactly how do you denuclearize north korea and as the north koreans always talk
