right senator. and live from studio fourteen here at al-jazeera headquarters in. turkey's president keeps up the pressure on saudi arabia over what he says was a premeditated murder. as he doesn't doubt the credibility of saudi king but once an independent inquiry a trial in turkey and he's demanding an answer to the big question where is the body the spotlight is on the saudi crown prince is a legit involvement in the operation it's overshadowing the high profile investment

conference that was supposed to put the kingdom on show top foreign leaders on companies household. makes a brief appearance on the. international investment conference let us know how you think the conferences may be affected. and the u.s. president has described the killing as a plot gone by but he's facing growing criticism by some at home for his response to the case and the cia chief is now in turkey to find out more about the investigation. you are the news good or live on air with streaming online through you tube facebook live. well turkish president has ratcheted up the pressure on saudi arabia's leadership in a speech in parliament in ankara rest of tell you describe the killing of

journalism as a possible see as a brutal and premeditated murder. was last seen entering the saudi consul. in istanbul three weeks ago called for an independent investigation into the killing he says he has no doubts about the saudi king's cooperation but didn't comment on other royals the questions are wants answered who ordered the operation he says all involved from top to bottom must be held accountable for the crime he also wants the eighteen saudis suspects to be extradited to turkey to stand trial and he said riyadh should reveal the identity of a local person in istanbul they say helped dispose of remains well we've got correspondents standing by in both istanbul and washington d.c. will be live there in a moment but first victoria gave a big as the day's developments can didn't know that it was a dinner after weeks of leaks about the murder of jamal khashoggi turkish president

red chip tied to an address his ruling party to announce officially what turkish investigators know so far the shooting everyone said that it was planned days in advance and included reconnaissance missions by saudi officials to the forests around istanbul. unit and we have strong evidence that this was a premeditated murder in the light of the information we have everybody has questions here are the questions these fifteen people why did they come to on the day of the murder who ordered them to come to turkey we need an answer before his speech or demand had promised to reveal what he called the naked truth over the killing of khashoggi his address made it clear there are still many unanswered questions and the turks are demanding answers from saudi arabia. was asking what happened to the body of. while the people were expecting him to. what happened to the body of john which was amounts of whether the dismemberment of the

6:05 pm
keep up the pressure on saudi arabia to reveal the whole truth about what happened in istanbul three weeks ago victoria gate and be al jazeera all the u.s. vice president mike pence has spoken out on the case of forming the u.s. administration's support to find out exactly what happens the brutal murder of jamal khashoggi at the saudi consulate in turkey was a tragedy for his family for his loved ones and for your colleagues here at the washington post it was also an assault on a free and independent press. and our administration is determined to use all means at our disposal to get to the bottom of it kelly holcomb joining us from washington d.c. to talk us through my pencils common sense at all is whether there's been any more reaction kimberly from the united states on the trumpet ministration. right well the vice president speaking at a forum domestically here in the united states did expand on those comments and
6:06 pm
they're pretty interesting in terms of how this administration is at least formulating its response the vice president went on to say that the united states right now is in the process of using all means disposable to quote get to the bottom of this it appears that the conclusion of the u.s. president donald trump and we will in fact be hearing from him later on today whether or not he addresses this issue is not clear but there is a media opportunity but his conclusion has been that there have been lies and deception and that is why we've not only seen him in recent days dispatching his secretary of state who we will also hear today from but cia director gina has spelled as we mentioned at the start of the show what happens right now well it appears that the united states what evidence it has had access to and there's been some dispute about video and audio access whether or not the united states has seen the complete picture but what it has seen is now being reviewed and in the words of the vice president those responsible will be held to account but here's how he
6:07 pm
phrased how those would be held to account he said number one the decision will be made based on the values of the american people and also that the response be calibrated in terms of u.s. vital national interests so it appears that things are working very rapidly behind the scenes within the trumpet ministration that there is a determination to respond to the killing. and right now that there is a process that's underway in terms of getting all the information so that it can act and what about domestically can really how is this all playing out. well certainly there has been a growing chorus from members of congress but also the ordinary american voter you have to remember today we are exactly two weeks from voting day in the united states determining who will control the u.s. congress whether it will be democrats or republicans and this is factoring heavily into the minds of many americans well donald trump's approval rating personally has
6:08 pm
been going up in spite of the spotlight that he's under right now a lot of republicans who are running for the house of representatives are struggling and these are some of the questions they're being asked how will you press the white house to respond to this issue so this is a factor on the mind of ordinary americans they are not buying the story is coming from saudi arabia which has been covered extensively here in the united states essentially showing the city the shifting narrative coming out of saudi arabia which most americans whether they are followers of foreign policy or not they find hard to believe they don't find the explanations thus far to be credible and that's why there is pressure on this white house whether or not donald trump will in his ultimate decision whether that will have an impact on the vote is still unclear but certainly it is going to have an impact on ordinary republicans who are running as members of congress writes committee how to reporting from washington thank you let's not cross over to our diplomatic outreach to the james bays is joining us
6:09 pm
from the united nations headquarters in new york and if we just take a step back james for a moment put this into context for us what do both the saudis and the turks ones right now now that's has said what he had to say and we even saw the crown prince mohammed bin simon make a brief appearance it's the saudi investment conference. well of course it's always a battle for influence in the regional power play that is in the middle east but right now saudis desperately want this story to go quat it's been the lead story in the news globally for three weeks every single time we do a story on it every single hour there is a drip drip effect damaging the reputation of saudi arabia damaging the crown prince in particular they want to draw a line under this the turks well clearly they want to pursue an investigation and get to the bottom of the case and find out exactly what happened in the consulate but they also want influence here and i think the speech by
6:10 pm
a president over one was very interesting he didn't say some of the things he could have said he could have directly linked this to the crown prince and raised the possibility that he'd ordered this he did not he could have talked about any tape recordings there were he did not that's because i think he knows that if he done that saudi arabia would have reacted very angrily it is technically anyway involved in cooperating with turkey on this case it could have said well given the offensive things you said we're stopping all that cooperation that could be cut diplomatic links instead what he's allowed to happen i think is the story to continue to run there is still a mystery out there the world's press will continue to cover it and that in many ways is the most damaging thing for saudi arabia that this story continues to run they can't end this drip drip of news and it continues to damage the crown prince and the saudi royal family of course there are implications for this
6:11 pm
with regard to the whole wider power politics of the region and it will have an effect i think on some of those key issues that we deal with every day news stories about yemen about syria and the role of iran and what we saw earlier this week james is that countries like britain france and germany they came out together they put out a joint statement saying that saudi arabia a needs to do more to determine the truth is there a sense over there at the u.n. that this international back last is going to continue. i think there is it's very interesting here at the united nations everyone is talking about this but no one is talking about it publicly i had numerous conversations with ambassadors and other diplomats about this but none of them want to talk on television about it and i think that is because of the sensitivity they know the importance of saudi arabia as
6:12 pm
a regional power but i think they believe their view behind the scenes is this could be a time to have some real influence on saudi arabia i think there's real concern about muhammad been some and as the crown prince they know that he's not yet the king once he's the king that's a job for life and his father has changed crown prince two times before so i think there is some thought that maybe there is a possibility a slim possibility that they could be another change of crown prince they also know i think that on some of the key regional issues this is a time to try and when saudi arabia is on the back foot push hard to try and get it to change its behavior now you won't hear what happened in the saudi consulate in istanbul come up when the security council meets in a few hours time to discuss yemen but i know that is one of the calculations that members of the security council have about having a meeting which wasn't originally scheduled on yemen which will take place in
6:13 pm
a few hours time the view is i think saudi arabia is under pressure this is a time to try and get it to change its pursuit behavior in yemen where there have been so many civilian casualties worth telling you to that taking place with regard to yemen the u.n. special envoy martin griffiths is meeting the deputy secretary of state in washington so people believing that possibly there could be some progress on that yemen file because saudi is under so much international pressure all right thank you let's not cross over to stand trial stratford on what do i had to say charles and has really made it clear that there are many unanswered questions at the turks are demanding answers from saudi arabia that was pretty clear so what happens next though. well i think that the obviously the investigation continues as we heard from president stressing that this investigation will continue until
6:14 pm
all the facts have been found out and confirmed we know that certainly today we understand that that car that was found yesterday in that private car park underground car park we understand is now being searched so we can imagine that any evidence there will be going off for analysis there's a lot of emphasis as we heard in zero to one speech about trying to find this person who's been described as a collaborator who certainly earlier last week or certainly earlier this week we got leaks from the turkish government it was believed that this collaborated may well have handled body may well have been part of the team transferred. body or deep body parts rolled up into iraq according to one leak into a vehicle we're also looking at how this investigation proceeds in terms of so she's bored tenths of a concentration on those two areas. just outside istanbul the belgrade forest and
6:15 pm
another area that yellow which is. of a forested rural area as well as we heard president earlier one mention in he speech. a team from the consulate was seen in that area want her to want described as some sort of reconnaissance mission obviously implying attention lately that they were looking for some way to to burial hide she's body so the investigation goes on there as you say so many unanswered questions president or the one calling for the extradition of whoever he is cool to will be called to account on this those eighteen people arrested in turkey whether indeed that is going to be possible it doesn't. remains to be seen certainly when you speak to legal experts here though they. they question these ideas that diplomatic immunity could protect individuals who have been involved in such
6:16 pm
a heinous crime so certainly according to international experts extradition it flies in the face of this idea of the vienna convention and the kind of diplomatic immunity that we've been told you know saudi officials working in the consulate would be protected on the right so the trial stratfor thank you for that update from istanbul let's now speak to christopher hill who's a former u.s. ambassador and a career diplomat he's joining us via skype from denver thanks very much for speaking to us what does the trumpet ministration do next you know they're not really sure right now obviously they're trying to weigh their options i think it's important to understand that over the decades u.s. administrator. enjoyed a close relationship with saudi arabia and i think the difference of course it's donald trump wants to do everything differently is that he had an almost exclusive relationship with with saudi arabia and that is relaxing the saudis to do
6:17 pm
a lot of what was traditionally done more in a sort of a regional basis around the middle east so i think this time where we go on the saudis to do everything that time i think is going to be over but i suspect the relationship will in some way pick up but not for now how much of an embarrassment though is this for the trump administrating because as you're saying it has a strong relationship with saudi arabia and specifically the crown prince and they see him as one of the arab world's closest allies and they really view saudi arabia as a cornerstone of the u.s. strategy to counter iran for example. well i think very much so but i would put it a little differently i think to some extent the saudi uber iran has affected the u.s. view of iraq that is i think the tropics ministration went all in on the saudis previous administrations have kept close relations with the saudis but none could
6:18 pm
be described as all in and that's what they have right now and i think the trial that ministration needs to be shifting that somewhat we'll see what happens out of saudi arabia obviously the war of yemen is pretty horrific and a lot of people in the congress have been pretty upset about that especially at the prospect of providing even more weapons to the saudis but i think the saudis need this think through how they're going to handle the u.s. i mean having their foreign minister get out and essentially lecture an american senator in this case rand paul didn't go over well holy with rand paul with the rest of the senate so i think the saudis are doing a little rethinking of how they deal with the u.s. what about this call for saying since that is put forward by some a senator as in in fact one of our viewers to send against a question for you on what stop asking what sanctions may saudi arabia get after this and will they get sanctioned by the u.s. . i i i i suspect sanctions will you know sanctions are always on the list but i
6:19 pm
don't think they're top of the list i think more likely we'll see a sort of go slow. approach by the u.s. for arms sales you could call that a sanction but i don't think we're going to see sort of sanctions where we somehow through did. try to take it to the u.n. bid saudi leadership going abroad the sorts of things that are happening with north korea etc i think more likely the sanctions are going to be in the form of going slow on arms arms sales now the saudis will say well if you will sell us our who buy them now swear but i'm not sure there is a house where except maybe for russia and i'm not sure the saudis are quite ready for that relationship how is all of this playing out in your opinion considering that the midterm elections are just two weeks away well the saudis don't want to do that they're midterm elections if you watched cable news this morning it was all about midterm elections and then this this rather bizarre issue over terror viennet
6:20 pm
refugees going through mexico but that said the second story had to do with saudi arabia i think to understand this story it has all the ingredients of something that is going to hold the public opinion it has you know mendacity it has brutality it has arrogance and frankly a little stupidity i mean the way this was handled the body double that they try and i mean you know most people look at this stuff and just roll their eyes saudi arabia has really hurt itself well last few days and they've got to get serious about how we're going to fix this and just finally let me ask you about gina hospitals a trip to turkey she's currently there now and trump said that he is awaiting more details about what happened inside the saudi consulates and those details would be known within a day or two so presumably once she's back in the united states what do you expect to happen there. i think the trip like off of these trips has to do with
6:21 pm
buying a little time i doubt she will find out war that what our intelligence services already know we have a traditionally good relationship with turkey and that's also more broadly a point to be kept in mind that while we talk about the special saudi u.s. relationship there is over the years over the decades a special us turkey people a ship including the fact that it's an alliance now obviously that has not gone well in recent years often the truce you president iran and his own problems internally but i think this is an issue where the u.s. will have some trouble trying to just get back to business as usual with the saudis and while holding on to that special relationship with turkey that was already under great strain all right christopher hill we thank you very much for speaking to us on the news with an al-jazeera and we just got access to video showing the
6:22 pm
moment that the fifteen suspects allegedly involved in the killing of the math associate left istanbul so these images so how one by one as you can see the individuals leave istanbul airport avoiding the metal detector is at that security checkpoint right there well some kosovo who has more on what president or anyone had to say on the case listen. prison charge on speech was criticized by some court some circles because they saw it his speech was molecule he wasn't harsh enough and he didn't present any concrete evidence related to the investigation file but of course presidents are daunce is try to stay in the framework of judicial process and diplomatic borders and he formalize what's happened since the beginning of jamal for she does this appearance until today actually the information that he gave was mainly what we know from the media which has been leaked by the a turkish authorities but at least now we have every detail formalized by that took it up
6:23 pm
turkish official and there is not much to speculate on the other thing is that he gave a direct message to king some on the mention his name twice by saying the custody of the two holy mosques so he actually tried to impose and remind the responsibility to the saudi it top all sorted that he's the leader of sunni world and he has to be chasing after despoil he has to hold the responsibles accountable he never mentioned crown prince mohamed bin so man's name since the beginning president are gone but of course this message to king some a was a direct message for his son as well also another saying is present i don't want to carry out this investigation file to an international level because due to the by the its relations and also some economic reasons turkey doesn't have the power to stand alone against saudi arabia that's why turkey needs international support
6:24 pm
mainly from western countries and mostly from the united states because when the western countries say they are actually stopping the arms deal with arabia it is just a hole so they say we will define it after the investigation closed but as long as the real perpetrator of the investigation is not out this will. have no impact in international arena and turkey will be left out alone this why turkey seeks international support and one important line is that an add on said this is a political murder and he said if there are any third party or any other countries involved in this case these should be held accountable too so as investigation file goes deeper and deeper we might be seeing some other parties from other countries who might have been in wolves in. a sister nation all right let's be to blame for what is joining us here in the studio is a professor of conflict resolution at the doha institute for graduate studies if we
6:25 pm
just look at the details of what erdogan had to say i mean his decision to return the owners to saudi arabia raise the stakes was interesting a lot of people say did you expect that you know actually it was expecting that you know he had braised expectations you know for many that he would reveal a lot of the details but that was not the case that didn't happen actually there are probably you know his speech you know little more questions than answers and actually i think when they're within saudi arabia we are expecting to see you know some reaction to the reaction that we got from saudi arabia this is according to a meeting that was terrible. the cabinet has said that it will hold to account those responsible and those who failed in their duties whoever they are is that it from saudi arabia what do we expect them to do next while we have see him king some thinking once the immediately after the speech we are seeing that he's hosting the
6:26 pm
victim's family and extending condolences you know personally to them to his sons so that's one thing that he has the can but that's not enough i think he has to do a lot more he has to. respond to the demands of the prison or dog on me very clearly he he said clearly that. accountability will have to be held like from bottom to ceiling c.n.n. you know he meant by that exactly well that's why this issue of the innovation of the ceiling here is an important matter and the is where the political message that he was sending and led to this that he mentioned. you know a number of times in his speech but nothing about has his son the crown prince and with you know what is his the finishing of sealing you know this is this is could be read as actually that he was interfering. with one of the com prince or other
6:27 pm
does especially that when we think of this that he may he mentioned clearly because of the gun that who give the order you know so he was in for sizing this issue of not only the ones that executed but the one that who give the order and i think he was defending to the ceiling so there are many hands see it on there that he is questioning you know what is the scene to go what is the highest authority that was involved in the killing of jamal khashoggi and he also added that the full truth will have to be revealed and we are continuing so he made that commitment but how do you read the comments that he made when it comes to man or the one saying that he doesn't doubt the credibility of the king but yet at the same time he's demanding a full independent investigation and he's asking for the trial of the accused to be held in turkey i think that's the major out of the way of from this that he lifted
6:28 pm
the door open with king salon so i think what should come as a result of his speech today is that opening the door open for more legal she ations with kings and so he made his clear demands clear yes on the issue of turkey the sovereignty of that key has been violated as a result of this and he's so clear about it and the. it's about the you know for a culture like the turkish culture it's about dignity and you know of the sovereignty so that is a very huge cultural in fizzes about this is that the dignity of the country is at stake and that's why he made it so you have that he is pursuing the full truth of albus and he's not there leaving vestal be subject to any negotiations or compromising on that so why he opened the door for more talks with the king with king solomon he made that clear that you know his demands will have to be met with
6:29 pm
its two or three independent investigation or demanding that. the ones who executed they can be handed over to turkey or in other other words but the bottom line i think as a result of this we are we should expect to see more actions in the future and probably by the way of more leaks because i think as i said before is that speech open the door for more questions than as to why we were expecting downside as a result of this and that's why i think we could be seeing more leaks and more of the you know officials dorking to the media and about this so i think we are we will continue to see this more of this in the ok but i came for thank you very much thank you now for here is saudi money has flooded into california's silicon valley tech industry and the saudi sovereign wealth fund an alter its members of the royal family have spent billions on small tech start ups as well as established companies
6:30 pm
that relationship is now in question as brunell's reports from silicon valley. in the aftermath of the killing of jamal khashoggi at the hands of saudi government agents tech companies and their executives are distancing themselves from saudi investment but how each one of them makes that decision on their own i think is probably driven very much by their own moral conscience but also their understanding that other people are looking at them in their formal leadership positions for cues about what to do right now several tech leaders have already bailed out of crown prince mohammed bin some on's investment conference including google cloud c.e.o. diane green a.o.l. founder steve case and guber c.e.o. darren shockey who said he was very troubled by reports of cars show g.'s death cause for a shot he's public comments were seen as significant because the saudi wealth fund
6:31 pm
holds a three and a half billion dollar stake in the right hailing app saudi arabia has also invested heavily in tesla motors door dash the work space company we work and others much of the saudi money is funneled through the japanese bank softbank the world's largest investment fund so far saudi arabia has put forty five billion dollars into soft bank so-called vision fund and the crown prince says he'd like to double that amount of soft bank's chief masayoshi son apparently still plans to attend the saudi investment conference even as tech companies recoiled from the saudis on ethical grounds it will be difficult if not financially impossible to unravel their saudi tie as a complex tangle of contracts stock preferences and legal obligations tidy companies hands in such matters ordinarily companies and financial institutions
6:32 pm
follow the lead of their governments but president donald trump's response to the killer. it has been tepid and fast leading leading corporations to find their own way in some ways this case is providing an opportunity for companies to really provide some ethical and moral leadership maybe at a time when they're not seeing or experiencing what they like to see from leadership in other sectors silicon valley corporations face a dilemma choosing between an ethical response to a shocking crime and the abundant funding that makes the tech industry flourish rob reynolds al-jazeera san carlos california. social media producer what's the conversation online andrew well jamal khashoggi is murder has been addressed a few times at the future investment initiative already it kicked off earlier today at the ritz carlton hotel in riyadh that's despite that long list of major company

c.e.o.'s and media partners who have pulled out of the event which is often referred to as davos in the desert now this is what the saudi minister of energy industry and mineral resources had to say as we all know these are difficult days. for us the kingdom of saudi arabia we are going through. a crisis of short resulted from a. very. good actor and i warrant and sit in that took place in turkey nobody in the kingdom can justify it or explain it. and from the leadership on down we. are very upset about what has happened. and of course the king has made it clear that they will be. investigation and justice distribution to the us response but the kingdom is in the
6:34 pm
midst of a historic. transformation of unprecedented proportions. and the train has moved and it has moved deliberately towards a transformation journey that will not be stopped another saudi business leader lived a lie on address the murder saying that she's confident that the truth will eventually emerge and she also said that terrible acts reported in the recent weeks are a terrible act alien to our culture and d.n.a. as we gathered here in riyadh this morning it is natural that doubtful which tend to focus on recent events surrounding the death. and right to a journalist and a saudi citizen known to many of us may he advanced in peace now the saudi crown prince mohammed bin simon has attended the forum we saw those pictures a short while ago and he's expected to participate in

6:37 pm
there we're seeing a bit more unsettled weather across parts of the middle east at the moment we've got one area of cloud here that is edging its way eastwards there's not really a great deal of wet weather coming out of that so it's just making things a little bit gray at times here it is making its way across tashkent there as we head through wednesday and behind it there's a good deal of drawing weather but not for the western parts here there's more cloud more rain and if anything that system is looking more intense as we head through into thursday and you can see the white patches that develop that snow so really the temperatures are tumbling here say very stormy as we head through thursday a not warmer told further towards the south and of course we've had a lot of thunder reactivity across the arabian peninsula recently wednesday should be a dry one for thirty five should be our maximum so going to be dry for all of us though out towards the west there's still a good deal of cloud here and that is likely to give us one or two outbreaks of
6:38 pm
rain that extends further eastwards as we head through thursday so more of a risk of seeing want to shop showers as we head down towards the southern parts of africa there's a good deal of cloud with us at the moment to see it stretch you all down the western parts here and across down into the northern parts of south africa it's in the north where we see the majority of the wet weather for wednesday some of the outbreaks of rain quite heavy and working their way into new baby. i would have been out of the into. the most out of. a lot of lists all caught up. on the nineteenth of december twenty sixth mahmoud hussein was detained by the egyptian authorities he remains behind bars without a trial al-jazeera world investigates his case and media repression in egypt journalism is not

headlines on all and these are the most read articles right now on our website al-jazeera a dot com no surprise us. the killing eight political murder that is according to early one and that is the most read story on al-jazeera dot com so head there to find out more about what the turkish president had to say just a couple of hours ago. a long thousand migrants and refugees are defying donald trump by continuing their march towards the u.s. border they've now reached southern mexico in the u.s. president says he will now begin cutting aid to three central american countries
6:41 pm
honduras guatemala and mexico accusing them of failing to stop that migrant caravan well this is the latest attempt by president trump to personally greyson into the national conversation ahead of november's midterm elections john homan has been following the caravan and sent this report. this is really quite a rare moment for the people that are in this caravan it's the first time they've had a day of rest since they entered mexico the last couple of days they've been walking a marathon basically every day and they're using the time as you can see here to wash their clothes to wash themselves and just basically to relax a little bit many of them are coming with family so the families are taking a little bit of time here on the banks and in this river. also in the center of town is when so many people there they spent the night most to them out in the open

welling's joins us now live from old trafford league given the fact that these questions were going to come up is it strange that ronaldo held a press conference and even more bizarre to not allow english journalist to ask any questions. or well done to the two italian journalists for asking those questions remember these champions league press conferences happen officially the day before and the cubs have to send the manager in if they don't want to speak to the media there's been a lot of controversy about that through the years or managers of trying to avoid them and the player in this case you would say was very likely unusual circumstances that christiane of the doubt i would have been put out for various reasons he's going to stop play are many feel he's the best player in the world at least coming back to manchester nazis former cop for the first time in five years so he came here playing with raul madrid but of course this right probably go

against him with the case being reopened it was a slight surprise to see him and then of course in kind the older the english journalists couldn't ask those questions whether it's i've got i got asked because very interesting situation on social media where a lot of people if you look through have actually been saying well khalidi just stick to the football there's a huge game coming up and clearly because john and i would always carry on playing as he normally would do a play even scored at the weekend from eventis he's playing here he will resume playing for portugal of course but out chile these questions do need to be asked and i actually it's really important that they all if this john over now does but because have allowed him to do that because it would have gone through the people of alderman lawyers i must be very confident they're going to get this case dropped for allowing him to speak but it's only what the people can then confront him and ask questions about it you know for the questions will keep being asked now moving to manchester united manager joe he's

a marine you know knowledge is old manager at real madrid he's had a lot of problems in manchester he says he's happy then our the owners happy with him of the fans happy with him. is the incredible pull that there is now some speculation that he could take over rome richard if there's. someone who's struggled so much this season has looked so miserable throughout this season i'd seem to be on the verge of losing their job a couple of weeks ago of course then he was given backing by the manchester united board we were wondering how long it would last on that same dimension as it came from two goals down it's a great new call so they played better than they had been in many big games this season against chelsea and nearly won that game as well analogize i mean we know coming into this guy with much is not a doing ok and the champions league i'm this is someone to talk that he could live another big job but he's called that is the wife football work sometimes there is

a mountainous around there i mean it's going to be huge and to see how much is to know how to do in this going forward. because they are quite reasonably poised in this group i'd if they do get a decent result it will further strengthen his position in and you wonder whether he can keep it going and he may still be there at the end of the season and beyond the wellings our sports correspondent in manchester will be coming back to you later as well thank you very much for now well even if manchester united win a string of matches were unlikely to see a marine you hold a press conference like that's of the nashville predators head coach in the n.h.l. peter at la violette said he'd wear a bowl mask to face the media if they want to away games in canada as you can see he did that after they did jump just that beat in the calgary flames on the edmonton oilers resulting in a post much interview like no other. we had to challenge him in the worst
