cia joins me now via skype from boston in massachusetts good to have you with us on the program a newspaper report wouldn't go ahead and report such explosive you might say information without being one hundred percent sure that the information is coming from a very secure and reliable source and it's a great deal of pressure on the cia to come forward to make a statement. well you know i don't think that it is a great deal of pressure the cia will probably will not comment on this kind of report however the washington post wouldn't report this unless they were accurately reporting what they believe the cia said so which is a slight nuance now one can anticipate that the congressional oversight committees will have been briefed or demand to be briefed on this and there gina haswell or

then you'll have the same assessment effort made for each report whether it's a telephone intercept or not then on to those reports will be brought together with the assessment of our understanding of how powers exercised in this instance in saudi arabia and those will be brought together to say well all these reports concord there is no dissonance or there or if there is we nonetheless assess the following in this instance the report is clearly overwhelmingly uniformly from what one can sense gather in. in agreement with itself which is that m.b.'s mountain someone once response of his which is no surprise frankly to anyone but until you have overwhelming this essence by multiple sources the agency would not reach that conclusion they have reached that and then it would assess the second part well what is the likely consequences this and that gets into
