ruling power in the countries or certainly a lot of negotiations going on but maybe there is a feeling behind closed doors that this time they might get a better chance of that. right now what is the president's role in all of this because he has spoken out and he said that he hopes that any coalition government will reflect the will of the people and will avoid another election what might do in terms of awarding a mandate to someone to form a coalition. and i think we need to backtrack a bit here and look also at the relations between the president of israel and be germany one that has been described many times as as frosty at best even president ridley was asked a few months ago hour how he felt when benjamin. after failing to
