arabia the family of the deceased or the victim will be given the option to basically pardon the guilty parties in agreement over cash with their families and with the government so once we basically go through this process chances are that the 5 people who have been sentenced to death according to this press conference today would most probably be pardoned and so what you're saying it is 5 people would have to ask jamal khashoggi families at the permission is is that is that what you're saying. correct correct that's the traditional system in saudi arabia and there is no reason for this step but to be pursued i guess you know another complication is the fact they don't really know the identities of the people involved but it does seem that as far as saudi arabia is concerned they probably think that you know this is justice done and they're going to leave it at that what pressure do you think will be or should be put on this case of by the

international community. let me say this if it weren't for some pressure put by the international community particularly the media colleagues . in the media his family you want rights groups across the world we wouldn't have gotten that far we wouldn't even have had this. even though it's a sham but we wouldn't have even had that type of a court proceedings i think that should continue the case is not over the investigation is not over and i think that pressure should continue and i hope that in the future that additional pressure will pay off in the sense that the saudis did what they did yesterday and today because of economic and political reasons they're under pressure but they didn't do any good for the judicial judicial
