almost infinite number of other examples are the constant victims of the great power conflicts this was france turkey united states russia the u.a.e. it all tearing libya apart the fact though in this instance to advance their own interests this will all rights not change. all my under andrea less than 40 seconds what is it that which we need now change of legislation a different approach for this particular issue on the 1st i don't think the change of legislation is either possible or anybody if it was possible it's more to fix things on the ground than. i would say in the near future many of the states have a vested interest in having either militias in alliance with them to do the job of that army so that the it is less of costs. politically socially economically
