and so just you know backing up you did a kid that mr floyd was in handcuffs and just think to yourself. what you next. see you know to see this. thing. and then of putting him in that. the police clipping. in which police car went with where was the police car saw the one right across from going through ok now before you saw that did you see the police take mr floyd across the street. yes. so after you saw him in handcuffs you saw him being taken across the street and then placed in the car. right outside of cuff is that right. you know yes yes it.

and. you want a cell phone correct he owned a cell phone at the time. yes if indeed you do anything with your cell phone as you began to notice. this incident involving mr floyd he's. got a thing. on the thick 8 thing that hand the phone. you write you had your phone did you do anything with your feel like recording yes yes ok. so what i'd like you to do 1st before we get to the point where you start recording is to explain to the jury what you saw after you noticed the police officers putting mr floyd car.

ok and it can't be going well. you indicated that you begin with yourself is there a duty in and during the time that you better prepared speaking to the police about this you provided yourself or still life force separate and. yet this is right and there were a total of 7 cell phone recordings that you personally took is that correct in you've reviewed each of those cell phone recordings correct in. those cell phone recordings to be fairly accurately depict what you saw on the street that day. you know 2 of those cell phone recordings were actually made from inside the store correct yes and then the rest were outside. store you know those cell phone records

individual clips have been marked disclosed to counsel as exhibits 2 through 8. you would know that they have ended this time that will offer exhibits to you. and you judge who the reader is. and then in this way are you also had an opportunity to review a surveillance video separate it and the surveillance video for the record as exhibit 11. having reviewed that video and that video. fairly accurately capture things that you observed when you were working at

speedway 20. and then you were able to review that surveillance video in a format in which all of your cell phone sprayed a sufficiency 6 or 7 cell phone that you had been displaced into or put next to the surveillance video correct it is and that kind of gives a perspective when those individual videos were shot is that correct and then the combination of the 6 videos that we just received at exhibit 11 which has been offered received. with that composition better help you and assist you in explaining your testimony of the jury it all right said that for the record this exhibit offer exhibit 9. objection then. in at this time i'm going to go ahead and publish exhibit 900 could exist. one
