china is helping korea avoid some aspects of the sanctions. and also china perhaps has the key to making sure that the nuclear radiation actually takes place because it is the more important partner for north korea on the international stage. and that's the reason why many experts in south korea also demand any kind of future and abortion with north korea involving the u. s. most also involves south korea as well as china. the question is, giving china to support any aspect of the negotiation would imply that us needs to make some concession. and given this current geopolitical circumstance, which china and the us have been in order for such a long time already. can we really count on that situation? to happen, more importantly, graham had mentioned earlier, if north korea wants the us forces in, so we have to indeed withdraw. but for us,
