what will this knowledge actually be used for? how will this help people in that daily lives to? well, the sun is constantly spitting out of material magnetic and electric fields. there's a flow that comes out of particles called the solar wind. but sometimes the sun will, per se huge touch billions of tons of solar material. and that travels to the solar system, interacting with everything, and then our gaze and interact with the earth and the atmosphere. and that has direct impact on our technology. it can damage our satellites. once we depend on, you can disrupt our communications. and in the most extreme cases, it can even knock out power grid. so our technological society, which is becoming more and more sophisticated, actually is becoming more and more susceptible to this outflow from the sun. and so that is why it is critical for us to understand how it works,

so that ultimately we could predict it just like we can predict storms here on our alex, if you could put us in, put this in the proto international context. of course, are many countries in this, i suppose the space race. are there any other countries in this space programs looking specifically at the sun in this way? yes, there are several different space agencies. most notable would be east of the european space agency. it hasn't really a new mission called solar orbit, or which is actually complimentary to sup, parker solar pro, providing additional information about how the size atmosphere is sending out energy, how it's impacting us. but there are also other groups. the for example, the u. k. met office korea has us, but it's, you know, uh, south tree it has a space with our agency. so this is important to all of the space faring countries
