on the 17th... one of the more unusual birdies you're likely to see! british slopestyle skiers james woods and isabel atkin won bronze medals at the world championships in spain. woods crashed on his final run, but he had done enough to get onto the podium. he was highly critical of organisers after his event, describing the championships in sierra nevada as a shambles. poor weather had forced a few changes in qualification, although the international federation said that they had done everything they could to help the athletes. to be honest, the organisation wasjust a mess. dealing with it though. and some of the skiers stood up, and said this is not what we want. it is not up to standard, by any shadow of a doubt. that is what the guys did. they changed it up. we obviously, we ended up with a good day. it's mid march. in spain. we knew that this event was going to happen for four years. no snow.
