and you wonder how representative his view is of the other 27 countries and indeed the chief brexit negotiator for the eu countries and indeed the chief brexit negotiatorfor the eu michel barnier in respect of the uk position papers. it is a good question because of course jean—claude juncker is not question because of course jean—claudejuncker is not directly involved in negotiations and not directly going to be involved in the decision to move those forward at some point to discussing trade relationship in future. that will be taken by the 27 other member countries the eu when they are satisfied that the legacy issues of the past of separating the uk from the past of separating the uk from the eu are dealt with. but i would say his opinion probably is worth listening to because... if only we could have heard what his opinion

news coming up. now time for a look at all the weather news. good evening. temperatures will be some 10 degrees or even more lower than today across some parts of the uk tomorrow. today that he was focused on a smaller area, the south—east corner of england south and east of london. we had some sunshine in lincolnshire but today not so warm. in fact the highest temperature was in kent at 29 degrees today. we have seen some cloud moving down from the north and thatis cloud moving down from the north and that is producing some rain and drizzle here and there. we will find some heavy showers beginning to develop in the south—east, turning into longer spells of rain overnight. at the same time the cloud will thicken to give some rain. north of that clearer skies

and a lighter wind, some showers around the coast. as we head to wednesday quite a wet start across southern england with some heavy breasts of rain. not so wet across the midlands but heavier breasts across parts of lincolnshire and east anglia. further north little bit brighter, some across northern ireland. showers initially around the coastal areas in scotland are developing a little more widely inland. northern ireland seeing the heaviest of the showers in the afternoon. for england and wales the cloud breaks across wales and the west midlands and southwest but stays quite cloudy and wet across the south—east and east midlands and east anglia. temperatures around 16, 17 degrees. that is a significant drop from the past couple of days.
