it would be six for them, 22—12 to the eagle is now so going against the eagle is now so going against the patriots at the moment. more on that later in the programme —— to the eagles. there was a sensational finish, in the english premier league on sunday in the match between liverpool and tottenham hotspur. three late goals leading to a thrilling 2—2 draw. mohamed salah opened the scoring early on but victor wanyama gave spurs a deserved equaliser late in the second half. harry kane missed a penalty with just three minutes left, and salah struck again in stoppage time minutes later with victory for liverpool seemingly seconds away. but there was late drama as kane redeemed himself from the penalty spot in the dying seconds. the liverpool manager wasn't happy about some of the referee's decisions. i don't understand both of them. the first one is clear offside, you can say he made a save, that's true. i don't know how, he was clearly offside, we saw from our position he was offside but we didn't see it was

that clear. then the second penalty i know already what the rest and assistant will say, there's a touch, there's a little touch, but we all know lamela johnson and he wants the situation, he wants the touch, he wa nts to situation, he wants the touch, he wants to go down. we can't have a go at the referee because they were right. sometimes people complain about the referees but when they are right it is good to tell everyone that they were fantastic in their decision. rafael benitez said he felt newcastle were victims of a soft penalty decision as fellow strugglers crystal palace came from behind to earn a draw. mohamed diame scored from a corner at the back post in the first half for newcastle. but lu ka milivojevic earned palace a point with a second half penalty after ciaran clark was penalised for pulling christian benteke‘s shirt. without playing badly in the first half i didn't think we had anything

like the aggression and the dominance i was hoping to see the tea m dominance i was hoping to see the team produced today but they produced it very much in the second half so i go home at least happy with the second—half performance and a little bit disappointed that we couldn't do it for the whole of the 90 minutes and maybe get that extra goal which would have given us those unbelievably important extra points. we did well in the first half, we we re we did well in the first half, we were controlling the game. as always you have to analyse the opposition, some people don't realise that, you see the three offensive players they have today, how much they caused... how good they are and we were defending well so credit to our players because they were doing well in defence and at the same time we could score and we had a couple of chances, and even the first counter—attack in the second half could change everything. in football, it's the timing when you score and when you concede also, makes a big difference. gonzalo higuain scored a hat—trick asjuventus thrashed sassuolo 7—0 at the allianz stadium. it was a win that put them top temporarily. alex sandro got the hosts

i can't speak highly enough of what cameron has done all weekend and yet again today. people might have thought it was a i—off on friday, what he produced, but he did it again today against a really high quality player. both breakers, anything can happen, he pushed him really close and i'm really proud of him,i really close and i'm really proud of him, i been saying it since friday but i really am. no one can tell how you're going to play out on your debut and he's been playing more so on the challenger talk but if he needs a reference point for how far he can go, he got it this weekend. really the only way is up for him. meanwhile, holders france have qualified for the quarter finals after adrian mannarino earned them a 3—1 lead against the netherlands on sunday. the frenchman, only selected because bothjo—wilfred tsonga and lucas pouille pulled out because of injury, overcame robin haase of the netherlands in a five—set thriller. world number five alexander zverev powered germany through to the quarterfinals after beating australia's nick kyrgios in four sets to hand germnay a 3—1 overall lead. germany, who last won
