buckler is in hawaii with the latest on the rescue efforts. there were people taken off by helicopter last night. the problem is, a lot of these areas have now been completely blocked off because the national guard are here and they are protecting people and keeping people away from the volcano. last night, we went in with the national guard and took a look around that area in leilani estates and you could see the huge jets of lava will stop the volcanic vents that have cracked open the land and continue to. sometimes, above the sound of the fish are opening up, you could hear the helicopters as they went in to rescue people from their homes. it gave you a real sense of the concerns that this volcano was making. there was lava shooting 100
