folk once again have turned out at saint anna's square to show their support and solidarity. it's a beautiful atmosphere down here. —— st ann's square. as you can tell, the atmosphere is building down here, and the events at albert square will be live on the bbc news channel after 7pm and also on bbc radio manchester. for many of the children at the manchester arena 12 months ago, it was their first time at a concert. three of the youngest victims were schoolchildren from here in the north west. eight—year—old saffie rose—roussos, 14—year—old nelljones and 15—year—old megan hurley. we've brought their school friends together to pay a musical tribute to all of those who lost their lives a year ago. goodnight. # somewhere over the rainbow, way up high # there's a land that i've heard

and they have now moved out into the english channel but the threat continues through the rest of this week. but many areas will be dry with some sunshine around and temperatures widely today into the low 20s. in the north east of england it was much colder. we also had some cloud around in scotland and northern ireland but that is getting to break up. we still have low cloud pushing further inland in the north east of england and other eastern parts of england. everything coming in from the north sea so further west it is dry and clear. not particularly cold but still quite lowly in the south east. the cloud across eastern england should roll back very quickly towards coastal areas. otherwise sunny skies but we could see cloud again in the

south—east corner bringing the threat of some storms to end the day. temperatures in wales again in the mid—20s on wednesday. still quite a strong wind across the south east as we head into thursday but this time we see more organisation to those showers or even longer spells of rain overnight. moving into southern areas of england. maybe some thunderstorms as well. but further north it is still dry with more sunshine around. and probably not quite so cold. temperatures in the low 20s in the sunshine. but as more where we had that rain in the south. —— not as one. we are also drawing up some warm airand
